Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Heal Holistic, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Below, you will find our policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation: Appointments for services can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Product Cancellation: Orders for products can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Refund Policy.
2. Refund Policy
Products:
Returns and Refunds: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photo evidence of the damaged item.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Services:
Refunds for Cancelled Appointments: If you cancel an appointment within the allowed time, you will receive a full refund. If a cancellation fee applies, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please discuss your concerns with us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or a redo of the service.
3. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days of receiving the returned item or cancellation notice. For payments made via credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please contact your credit card company for posting of the refund to your account.
4. Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us to check if exchanges are available for the item in question.
